This server searches for structural fragments of proteins using the Super program on the PDB database. For documentation on how to use the standalone version of this program see the documentation here. The source code for this program is available online at GitLab.
7 Feb 2013: Automatic updating of the database from the PDB has been turned back on. The database is updated every Sunday.
14 Sep 2012: Fixed bug breaking visualisation of gapped queries.
12 Apr 2012: The service has been temporarily moved to the dna.med.monash.edu.au machine. The LCB machine is undergoing some performance problems.
02 Apr 2012: Servers are back online, speed should be returned to normal.
30 Mar 2012: The server farm backing this service is partially offline. This may cause some delay loading and running this service. I will post here again when the service is returned to normal.
